PURPOSE: A vibrating massage device is provided to have an effect of balancing a body by massaging a user as the user stands on the upper board and balancing by oneself as inclining the upper board and vibrating at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A vibrating massage device comprises a plate shaped lower board(30), a hinge fixation(60) fixed on one end of the lower board, a center board(20) combined securely on the lower board as fixing one end through the hinge fixation, an upper board(10) fixed as supported by multiple supports installed on a side of the center board, and a vibrator transferring the vibration to the upper board according to the order of a control part(1) adhered to the lower end of the center board of the upper board.
