The present invention relates to a fermented rapeseed product. The rapeseed product may be used as a medicament e.g. in the treatment or prevention of salmonella infections in poultry. In addition, the invention relates to an efficient production process including a cooling step, which avoids agglomeration of the fermented product.La présente invention concerne un ingrédient alimentaire à base de colza fermentée. Le produit à base de graine de colza peut être utilisé comme médicament, par exemple, dans le traitement ou la prévention d'infections à la salmonelle chez la volaille.
