The present invention relates to a small hydraulic power generation apparatus, and more specifically, to a small hydraulic power generation apparatus using discharge water of a fish farm on land which uses a large quantity of low-lift discharge seawater discarded to manage quality of seawater stored in a water tank in a fish farm on land to generate power.
