The mirror therapy device comprises a bearing unit, a photography unit provided to the bearing unit, and a display unit. The bearing unit has a control area for bearing a healthy hand of the human body, and an imaging area. The photography unit has a lens facing the control area and capable of shooting movement pattern of the healthy hand of the human body, and a processor capable of converting an image shot by the lens into a mirror signal. The display unit is provided to the imaging area of the bearing unit and electrically connected to the photography unit for displaying the mirror signal outputted by the photography unit.
