A portable diagnostic system for monitoring biomedical parameters (P) of the human body, comprising at least one diagnostic device (2) having one or more sensors (3) applicable to the human body to generate a first series of data (D 1 ) associated with at least one biomedical parameter (P), first communications means (5) adapted to transmit the first series of data (D 1 ) measured by the diagnostic device (2) to interface means (6) including a display (7), first process means (9) associated to interface means (6) to process the first series of data (D 1 ) to a second series of data (D 2 ) suitable to be displayed in display (7) and second communications means (12) adapted to transmit first (D 1 ) and/or second series of data (D 2 ) from interface means (6) to a central processing unit (13) and second process means (14) associated with process unit (13) to process first (D 1 ) and/or second series of data (D 2 ) and store them in a database (15). Confining means (16) are provided designed to support the diagnostic device (2) and interface means (6) and having an electrical supply circuit (17) connected to the diagnostic device (2) and to interface means (6) for continuously powering the same.
