CONSTITUTION: A portable type salted Chinese cabbage producing system comprises the following: a detachable Chinese cabbage salting tank for storing Chinese cabbage a salting trailer including a Chinese cabbage salting tank fixing frame a brine feeding pipe supplying salting brine into the Chinese cabbage salting tank, and a brine discharge pipe connected to the Chinese cabbage salting tank a vacuum pump for reducing the pressure inside the Chinese cabbage salting tank and maintaining the pressure at the atmospheric pressure after sealing for rapidly salting the Chinese cabbage and a dumping machine receiving the Chinese cabbage in the Chinese cabbage salting tank, and inserting into a washing tank in a washing trailer. High concentration brine is inserted into the Chinese cabbage salting tank for salting Chinese cabbage.
