PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optometry frame with flexible usability.SOLUTION: An optometry frame comprises: two lens holding devices 12 and 13 for housing an inserted lens； a bridge 14 that connects the two lens holding devices 12 and 13 so as to adjust a distance against each other； a nose rest device 18 having a turnable and height-adjustable nose rest 19； length- and height-adjustable temples 21 and 22； and two polarization light filter devices having a circular polarization or linear polarization light filter. Each polarization light filter device includes turning means to turn the circular polarization or linear polarization light filter inward and outward in front of the lens holding devices 12 and 13. Each polarization light filter device also includes rotating means to rotate the circular polarization or linear polarization light filter in front of the lens holding devices 12 and 13.
