PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality optometry frame at low manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An optometry frame comprises: two lens holding devices 12 and 13 for housing an inserted lens a bridge 14 that connects the lens holding devices 12 and 13 so as to adjust a distance against each other a nose rest device 18 having a turnable and height-adjustable nose rest 19 and two length- and height-adjustable temples 21 and 22. The bridge 14 and the lens holding devices 12 and 13 form together guide means for guiding the lens holding devices 12 and 13 in the longitudinal direction of the bridge 14, and the bridge 14 includes a spindle gear including a threaded spindle for adjusting a distance between the lens holding devices 12 and 13. The optometry frame comprises: a guide projection part provided on the lens holding devices 12 and 13, and engaged with a guide groove formed on the bridge 14 and a thread part provided on the lens holding devices 12 and 13.
