To provide a novel method for enhancing or starting organ regeneration for a liver or lung.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for starting or enhancing organ regeneration in a subject for whom enhancement or start of organ regeneration is required, the method comprises a step for administering an induction endothelial cell which is specific to the organ or endothelial cell specific to the organ, in a region of a body for which organ regeneration of the subject is desired, for enhancing or starting organ regeneration, and as the organ, a liver or lung is preferable. If the organ is the liver, the method comprises preferably, intrahepatic transplantation of a liver sinusoidal endothelial cell (LSEC) or the induction LSEC, and more preferably, comprises administration of VEGF-A. If the organ is the lung, the method preferably comprises intravenous or intratracheal transplantation of a pulmonary capillary endothelial cell (PCEC) or the induction PCEC, and more preferably comprises one or more of administration selected from MMP14, VEGF-A and FGF.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】肝臓、肺等の器官再生の強化又は開始のための新規方法の提供。【解決手段】器官再生の強化又は開始を必要とする対象における器官再生を強化するか又は開始させる方法であって、該対象の器官再生が望まれる体の領域に、該器官に特異的な内皮細胞又は該器官に特異的な誘導内皮細胞を投与することを含む、器官再生を強化するか又は開始させる、上記方法。前記器官としては肝臓又は肺が好ましい。前記器官が肝臓である場合、前記方法は肝類洞内皮細胞（ＬＳＥＣ）又は誘導ＬＳＥＣの肝内移植を含むことが好ましく、ＶＥＧＦ－Ａの投与を含むことが更に好ましい。前記器官が肺である場合、前記方法は肺毛細血管内皮細胞（ＰＣＥＣ）又は誘導ＰＣＥＣの静脈内又は気管内移植を含むことが好ましく、ＭＭＰ１４、ＶＥＧＦ－Ａ及びＦＧＦから選択される１又は２以上の投与を含むことが更に好ましい。【選択図】なし
