PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and method of a low molecular modulator of hepatocyte growth factor (scatter factor) activity.SOLUTION: Provided are: a compound having the formula (I) (p, R, Rand B are specific substituent groups)； and a composition and compound of a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof. They are useful for therapy of hepatic fibrosis disease, hepatic ischemia reperfusion damage, cerebral infarction, ischemic heart disease, renal disease or lung (pulmonary) fibrosis； hepatitis C, hepatitis B, delta hepatitis, chronic alcoholism, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, extrahepatic obstruction (stone in the gallduct), cholangiopathy (primary biliary cirrhosis and sclerosing cholangitis), autoimmune liver disease, and liver fibrosis related to hereditary metabolic disorder (Wilson disease, hemochromatosis, and &alpha；-1 anti-trypsin deficiency)； damaged organs and/or ischemic organs, transplants or grafts； cerebrovascular diseases； myocardial ischemia； and the like.【課題】肝細胞増殖因子（分散因子）活性の低分子モジュレーターの組成物及び方法の提供。【解決手段】式（Ｉ）（ｐ、Ｒ１、Ｒ２及びＢは、特定の置換基）を有する化合物及びそれらの薬学的に許容可能な誘導体の組成物及び配合物。【効果】線維症肝疾患、肝虚血再灌流傷害、脳梗塞、虚血性心臓疾患、腎臓疾患又は肺（肺性）線維症；Ｃ型肝炎、Ｂ型肝炎、デルタ肝炎、慢性アルコール中毒、非アルコール性脂肪性肝炎、肝外閉塞（胆管中の石）、胆管症（原発性胆汁性肝硬変及び硬化性胆管炎）、自己免疫肝臓疾患、及び遺伝性代謝障害（Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ病、ヘモクロマトーシス、及びα－１アンチトリプシン欠損症）に関連する肝臓線維症；損傷した臓器及び／又は虚血性臓器、移植又はグラフト；脳血管性疾患；心筋虚血等の治療に有効である。【選択図】なし
