PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a turf germination film suitable for the stable germination of turf seeds and the growth stimulation of early young seedlings by disposing specific vinylic polymer sheets. SOLUTION: This film for germinating turf comprises vinylic polymer sheets 10, 20 in which ventilation holes 11 having a constant size are arranged at a constant distance. Therein, the ventilation holes 11 of the vinylic polymer sheets 10, 20 preferably have a diameter of about 0.9-1.5 cm. In the vinylic polymer sheets 10, 20 for the seeds sowed in spring, the ventilation holes 11 are preferably arranged at a distance of about 4.5 cm, and further in the vinylic polymer sheets 10, 20 for the seeds sowed in summer, the ventilation holes 11 are preferably arranged at a distance of about 3.5 cm.
