A device for inducing therapeutic hypothermia comprises an applicator intended for contact with a human head surface configured to form a sealed envelope with the possibility of circulating therein a liquid medium, means for summing and exhaust the fluid, connected to the applicator, at least one means ensuring circulation liquid medium and means for cooling the liquid medium. Means for cooling the liquid medium is provided with at least one element mounted in the region of its lowest temperature, forming the channel with the ability to conduct therethrough means for supplying a solution intended for infusion administration.
