PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee shaping disc for a levee plastering machine that can shape a levee having a smooth and firm surface.SOLUTION: A levee shaping disc 31 for a levee plastering machine includes: a first conical face 310 having a diameter that increases from an outer periphery of one end of an upper roller 30 so as to form a conical shape and a second conical face 311 formed continuously from the first conical face 310 and having a conical angle different from that of the first conical face 310. A plurality of convex-concave parts are radially provided at regular intervals in a rotational circumferential direction, in which a cross-section of the convex-concave parts has a shape of alternately repeating slope part 320 and arc part 321, the slope part 320 being higher at front side and lower at rear side in a rotational direction and the arc pat 321 being continuous from a rear part of the slope part. A ridge line 33 formed by the arc part 321 on a surface of the shaping disc 31 incudes: a first ridge line 330 in the first conical face 310 extending from a rotational center of the shaping disc toward an outer periphery and a second ridge line 331 in the second conical face 311 continuously extending smoothly from the first ridge line 330 and inclining or curving frontward with respect to the rotational direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】硬く締まった表面が滑らかな畦の形成ができる畦塗り機の成形ディスクを提供する。【解決手段】成形ディスク31は、上面ローラ30の一端外周から拡径され円錐状となる第1円錐面310と、第1円錐面310から連続して形成され第1円錐面310と円錐角度が異なる第2円錐面311で構成され、回転する周方向に凹凸部が複数等間隔に放射状に設けられ、凹凸部断面は、回転方向前方が低く後方が高い斜面部320と斜面部後方に連続した円弧状部321とが交互に連続して形成された形状となっていて、成形ディスク31表面の円弧状部321で形成される稜線33は、第1円錐面310においては成形ディスク回転中心部から外周方向に向かう第1稜線部330と、第2円錐面310においては第1稜線部330から滑らかに連続して回転方向に対し前方に傾斜又は湾曲している第2稜線部331とで構成されている畦塗り機の畦成形ディスクによる。【選択図】 図1
