PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sauce non-containing a raw material derived from animal, such as curry sauce, and having flavor and palate feeling comparing favorably with sauce having a raw material derived from animal.SOLUTION: The sauce substantially non-contains a raw material derived from animal meat, and animal oil and fat.
