PURPOSE: A jellyfish barrier device is provided to collect jellyfish which is filtered by a shield part through a jellyfish collecting part and to collect floating materials such as garbage which is generated in a swimming beach through a floating material collecting part. CONSTITUTION: A jellyfish barrier device comprises a shield part(100) which has a three-layered shield； a standing maintenance floating body(200) which supports the shield part； a seafloor binding hole which is united with a seafloor without moving the shield part； a jellyfish collecting part(400) which collects jellyfish which is hung on a sea side of the shield part； and a floating material collecting part(500) which collects floating materials which are hung on a land side of the shield part. The shield part comprises a center shield which is extended to a seafloor and which protrudes in a length of 1-2m above the sea surface； a jellyfish shield which is respectively installed in a length of 0.5-1m above and under the sea surface as a center； and a floating material shield which is respectively installed in a length of 0.5-1m above and under the sea surface as a center. [Reference numerals] (AA) Sea； (BB) Land본 발명은 해파리 차단막 장치에 관한 것으로서, 해파리가 해수욕장으로 유입되는 것을 효율적으로 차단함과 더불어 차단막부의 파도에 대하여 기립력을 유지하며 차단막에 걸러지 해파리를 용이하게 수거처릴 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 해파리 차단막 장치에 있어서, 차단막이 삼중으로 구비되는 차단막부와 차단막부를 지지하는 기립유지부구체와 차단막부의 이동되지 않게 해저면에 결속시키는 해저면결속구, 차단막부의 바다 쪽에 걸린 해파리를 수거하는 해파리수거부 및 차단막부의 육지 쪽에 걸린 부유물을 수거하는 부유물수거부로 구성한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 차단막이 삼중으로 구비되어 해파리의 유입이 차단되고 걸려진 해파리 및 부유물의 수거가 용이하며, 기립유지부구체에 의하여 차단막부가 파도에 대항하여 명확한 기립력을 유지하며, 해파리수거부에 의하여 차단막부에 걸린 해파리가 수거되고 부유물수거부에 의하여 해수욕장에 발생한 쓰레기와 같은 부유물이 수거되어 안전하고 쾌적한 해수욕장이 조성되는 것이다.
