The present invention relates to a pesticide-free ginseng cultivation facility having a solar power generator and a cultivation method of ginseng using the same. The pesticide-free ginseng cultivation facility of the present invention comprises: a rain-shielding means which is formed in the shape of a house and keeps rain from being directly sprayed on ginseng inside a portable planting box which is filled with soil and in which the ginseng is planted a box mounting frame which includes a planting box mounting unit spaced apart from the ground and a solar power generator which generates electric power by using sunlight and includes a plurality of light-collecting modules disposed on an upper part of the rain-shielding means. The pesticide-free ginseng cultivation facility and cultivation method, by keeping the growing ginseng from being directly exposed to rain water, and moving and managing sick ginsengs separately, can grow the ginseng without using pesticide.
