A method and apparatus for recognizing a biological situation using parameters of various bio-signals are provided. The biological situation recognition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a processor for determining a living body condition by referring to an ECG sensor, an ECG signal processing unit, and a peak number and a peak of an ECG signal processed.
