PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue collection instrument capable of quickly and easily collecting a tissue such as a polyp.SOLUTION: A tissue collection instrument 10 detachably attached to the tip of an endoscope S includes a hollow body part 11 in which openings 11a and 11b for inserting the endoscope S are formed at both ends, closing members 12 provided at both end parts of the body part 11 for closing the openings 11a and 11b of the body part, and a moving member 15 for moving the body part 11 along an axial direction of the endoscope S in a state that the body part 11 is attached to the tip of the endoscope S. If the body part 11 is moved from the tip of the endoscope S forward by the moving member 15 in a state that the body part 11 is attached to the tip of the endoscope S, and a polyp P is arranged at the tip of the endoscope S, the polyp P can be stored in the body part 11. If the openings 11a and 11b of both ends of the body part 11 are closed in that state, the polyp P is caused to stay in the body part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ポリープ等の組織を迅速かつ簡便に回収できる組織回収器具を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡Sの先端に着脱可能に取り付けられる組織回収器具10であって、内視鏡Sを挿通可能である開口11a,11bが両端に形成された中空な本体部11と、本体部11の両端部に設けられた、本体部の開口11a,11bを閉じる閉塞部材12と、本体部11を内視鏡Sの先端に取り付けた状態において、本体部11を内視鏡Sの軸方向に沿って移動させる移動部材15と、を備えている。本体部11を内視鏡Sの先端に取り付けておき、内視鏡Sの先端にポリープPを配置した状態で移動部材15によって本体部11を内視鏡Sの先端から前方に向かって移動させれば、ポリープPを本体部11内に収容することができる。その状態で本体部11の両端開口11a,11bを閉塞すれば、ポリープPを本体部11内に保持した状態にしておくことができる。【選択図】図1
