The present invention relates to a drainage structure of a washing machine. An inner tub is mounted in a shell of the washing machine, the inner tub is provided with a drainage port, and a drainage valve is mounted at the drainage port; the washing machine is further provided with a positioning locking mechanism for rotating and fixing the inner tub to a fixed drainage position; the washing machine is further provided with a valve core opening mechanism for opening the drainage valve after the inner tub is rotated to the fixed drainage position so that the drainage valve is opened to discharge washing water in the inner tub during drainage of the washing machine and after the inner tub is rotated to the fixed drainage position. By means of the settings above, the drainage valve is in a closed state under the normal state of the washing machine and is in an open state under the combined action of the positioning locking mechanism and the valve core opening mechanism during drainage of the washing machine so th
