The subject matter of the present invention is a ready-to-use, resorbable, injectable, sterile aqueous formulation used for therapeutic purposes, in the form of a particulate cohesive viscoelastic gel comprising i) crosslinked hyaluronic acid, or a salt thereof, at a concentration of between 1% and 4% (weight/volume), the crosslinking carried out making it possible to obtain a crosslinked hyaluronic acid-based gel having a structure termed cohesive, and ii) hydroxyapatite, at a concentration of between 10% and 70% (weight/volume), said hydroxyapatite being in the form of particles having an average size of less than or equal to 650 µm； wherein said injectable sterile aqueous formulation has viscoelastic properties such that Tanδ at the frequency of 1 Hz is less than or equal to 0.60.Esta invención tiene por objeto una formulación acuosa estéril inyectable absorbible, lista para usar, utilizada con fines terapéuticos bajo la forma de gel viscoelástico cohesivo en partículas, que incluye: i) ácido hialurónico reticulado, o una de sus sales, en una concentración de entre el 1% y el 4% (masa/volumen)； la reticulación efectuada permite obtener un gel en base a ácido hialurónico reticulado de una estructura llamada cohesiva y ii) hidroxiapatita en una concentración de entre el 10% y el 70% (masa/volumen)； esta hidroxiapatita se presenta bajo la forma de particulas de un tamaño promedio inferior o igual a 650 µm； esta formulación acuosa estéril inyectable posee propiedades viscoelásticas tales que la Tand, a una frecuencia de 1 Hz, es inferior o igual a 0,60.
