PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing-assist traveling lift allowing one care-giver to transfer a person in need of care, including a bed-ridden patient, who has difficulty in walking from a bed or the like to a bathroom, and assist the bathing in the bathroom such as undressing/dressing him/her and helping him/her to get in/out of the bathtub.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The bathing-assist traveling lift includes, on a movable carriage: a stretchable column having a rotational arm at an upper end, for suspendingly moving a person in need of care and a folding chair on which the person in need of care sits. The stretchable column comprises a guide post erected on and fixed to the floor surface of the movable carriage rear part, and an elevating pole lifting/lowering, with an inner wall surface thereof sliding, provided on the outer wall surface of the guide post. The elevating pole is lifted/lowered by a foot-operated hydraulic jack. Further, the folding chair is installed on the movable carriage to be able to stand upright or be laid down. Consequently, the folding chair is get out of the way when the person in need of care is lifted from the bed and moved to the bathing-assist traveling lift, and the backrest can be attached/detached with respect to the seating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、病床に寝たきりの病人を含め、歩行困難な要介護者をベッド等から浴室に搬送し、浴室において着衣の脱着、浴槽への入出等の入浴介助を、介助者一人で実施できる入浴介助用走行リフトの提供を課題とする。【解決方法】要介護者を吊り下げて移動させる回動アームを上端部に有する伸縮支柱と、要介護者を着座させる折りたたみ椅子とを可動台車上に配設し、伸縮支柱が可動台車後部の床面に立設・固着されたガイドポストと、該ガイドポストの外壁面にその内壁面が摺動しながら昇降する昇降ポールとで構成され、昇降ポールの昇降が足踏み式油圧ジャッキによって行われ、また折りたたみ椅子が、要介護者をベッドから吊り上げて入浴介助用走行リフトへ移動する際に障害とならぬよう、可動台車へ起立・倒伏可能に装着され、かつ背もたれの着座部への着脱を可能にしてなる入浴介助用走行リフトによる。【選択図】図1
