PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining chair that can change an angle and a position of a seat frame in association with a reclining of a backrest by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The reclining chair includes: a base frame 20 the seat frame 30 which moves in the front-rear direction relative to the base frame 20 and a back frame 40 which is connected to the seat frame 30 and constitutes the backrest 12. In the reclining chair, a travel device 32 is provided at the seat frame 30, and a rail member 50 is provided at the base frame 20 and has a travel surface 52 on which the travel device 32 travels. The back frame 40 can turn relative to the seat frame 30 by pivoting about the connection portion between the back frame 40 and the seat frame 30. The reclining of the backrest is caused by the turning of the back frame 40 relative to the seat frame 30, and in association with the reclining of the backrest 12, the seat frame 30 is moved forward while coordinating with the back frame 40.
