A method for producing a patch comprising a support layer and an adhesive agent layer arranged on at least one surface of the support layer, the method comprising: step A) obtaining an adhesive agent layer composition comprising free ropinirole in an amount which results in a content of 5 to 13.2% by mass in an obtained adhesive agent layer step B) heating the adhesive agent layer composition at a temperature in a range from 50 to 76 DEG C for 5 minutes to 24 hours and step C) cooling the heated adhesive agent layer composition to normal temperature at an average rate of temperature drop of 1 to 20 DEG C/hour, thereby obtaining the adhesive agent layer comprising the free ropinirole at a supersaturated concentration in a dissolved form.本發明之貼附劑之製造方法係一種具備支持體層及配置於上述支持體層之至少一面上之黏著劑層的貼附劑之製造方法,且該方法包括:步驟A,獲得含有於所獲得之黏著劑層中之含量成為5~13.2質量%之量之羅匹尼洛游離體的黏著劑層組合物;步驟B,將上述黏著劑層組合物以50~76℃之範圍內之溫度加熱5分鐘~24小時;以及步驟C,將上述加熱後之黏著劑層組合物以1~20℃/小時之平均降溫速度冷卻至常溫,而獲得以過飽和濃度且溶解型地含有羅匹尼洛游離體之上述黏著劑層。
