PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant year-round culture growing device having good heat exchange efficiency to obtain sufficient heat regulation effect, and easily and rapidly correspondable with increase and decrease in a culture range.SOLUTION: This plant year-round culture growing device includes a growing container 1 for planting plant seedlings, with a long and slender shape viewed from above.
