An apparatus for external fixation(13) of the pelvic ring (14) , having left grip means (15) and right grip means (16) to be engaged in insertion/engagement holes formed respectively in the left and right iliac bone (17, 18) of the pelvic ring, left locking means (19) and right locking means (20) for mutually locking respectively the left grip means and the right grip means, left articulation means (21) and right articulation means (22) in order to allow to connect articulately the left and right locking means, and transabdominal means for joining (23, 24) the left and right articulation means. The apparatus has left and right means for guiding (25, 26) drilling means used by the orthopedic surgeon to provide the insertion/engagement holes so as to allow correct execution of the insertion/engagement holes.L’invention concerne un appareil destiné à une fixation externe à l’anneau pelvien, comportant des éléments de prise droit et gauche à coupler dans des trous d’insertion/couplage formés respectivement dans l’os iliaque droit et gauche de l’anneau pelvien, des éléments de verrouillage droit et gauche destinés à un verrouillage mutuel respectivement aux éléments de fixation droit et gauche, aux éléments darticulation droit et gauche afin de permettre la connexion articulée des éléments de verrouillage droit et gauche, et des éléments transabdominaux destinés à relier les éléments d’articulation droit et gauche. L’appareil comporte des éléments droit et gauche de guidage d’éléments de forage utilisés par le chirurgien orthopédique en vue de réaliser des trous d’insertion/couplage afin de permettre une exécution correcte des trous d’insertion/couplage.
