The present invention relates to an injectable pharmaceutical compositionwith gelling properties containing : - an active principle； a hydrophobic andbio-compatible organic liquid； and an organogelling substance, the moleculesof which have the capacity to bind together via bonds of low energy, wherein saidorganogelling substance is chosen among L-tyrosine derivatives respondingto the following formula (I) wherein : • R1 is an alkyl group containing1 to 3 carbon atoms, linear or branched； and • R2 is a hydrophobic groupchosen among aliphatic saturated or unsaturated fatty chains or aryl or arylalkylgroups, Its use as a vector for the release of active principles, as well as itsprocess of preparation.
