PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent Fe-Al alloy having Al content of 6 to 12 wt.% and fluctuation of the Al concentration, and to provide a manufacturing method of the Fe-Al alloy.SOLUTION: The Fe-Al alloy comprises Al content of 6 to 12 wt.% and balance Fe with inevitable impurities and has fluctuation of Al concentration. The Fe-Al alloy is manufactured through a plasticity processing process of plasticity processing by a hot processing; a cold rolling process of cold rolling the plasticity processed alloy; a firing processing process of firing the alloy after cold rolling processing at a temperature of a magnetic change band point to 1000°C; a furnace cooling process of furnace cooling to 550°C after firing; and an air cooling process of ari cooling to a room temperature after the furnace cooling process.
