PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staple cartridge capable of being embedded.SOLUTION: A staple cartridge 10000 comprises: a support part 10010； a tissue thickness compensator 10020 arranged to the support part； and plural staples 10030 arranged in the support part and/or tissue thickness compensator, which can be used for fixing the tissue. During use, the staple cartridge can be arranged in a first jaw of a surgery fastening device, and a second jaw or an anvil can be arranged relative to the first jaw. For arranging the staples, a staple arrangement member moves forward in the staple cartridge, for moving the staples in an anvil direction.
