PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment needle device that reduces a rotary torque between the needle base and its sheath and controls the variations of this rotary torque in a large number of the products.SOLUTION: This is a medical treatment needle device provided with a needle base 10 whose leading end 10a is equipped with an injection needle 11, and a nearly cylindrical sheath 20 provided with a pair of lateral wings 21, 22 and externally inserted onto the needle base 10. For piercing the needle device through a patients skin, the wings 21, 22 are bent down together along the side faces of the sheath 20 and taken hold of with fingers, so that the inner circumference of the sheath 20 is pressed against the outer circumference of the needle base 10 to prevent the movements of needle base 10 relative to the sheath 20 in the rotational or longitudinal direction.
