The present utility model relates to oil-based compositions for enhancing oral health and general wellness in humans, and to methods using such compositions. Specifically, the present composition is a mouth spray comprising medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil as the main active ingredient. Menthol is added to enhance the soothing property of the mouth spray. The present composition is used to promote good health and/ or for treatment and/or prevention of disease.
