The invention relates to a plant cloning fertilizer composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The plant cloning fertilizer composition of the invention comprises 50-70wt% of naphthalene acetic acid, 100-200wt% of water, 30-50wt% of phosphor, and 2000-3000wt% of talcum powder. The manufacturing method of the plant cloning fertilizer composition includes the main steps of: dissolving the naphthalene acetic acid in the water to form a solution slowly stirring the solution with the talcum powder by adding the solution in the talcum powder so that the talcum powder is uniformly absorbed with the solution thereon and finally slowly stirring the phosphor with the talcum powder that is absorbed with the naphthalene acetic acid. With applying the plant cloning fertilizer composition of the invention on roots of the plants that are to be grafted and cut for nursing or to be mixed with the soil, the plant may be triggered to have adventitious roots, thereby raising cut survival rate of the plant, promoting a languish plant to clone and bloom, and increasing the fruiting rate and preventing fruit drop before reaping. Accordingly, the plant cloning fertilizer composition of the invention can be provided for fertilization applications of the agricultural or ornamental plants.本發明植物開根肥料組成物,其包含:一重量百分比50-70%之萘乙酸;一重量百分比100-200%之水;一重量百分比30-50%之磷;一重量百分比2000-3000%之滑石粉。本發明植物開根肥料組成物之製造方法,其主要步驟係將萘乙酸加入水中溶解,再將上述溶解液加入滑石粉中慢速攪拌使之均勻吸附於滑石粉上,最後將磷慢速攪拌於上述吸附有萘乙酸之滑石粉中。將本發明敷抹於嫁接扦插育苗植物的根部或攪拌於土壤中,可誘發植物之不定根形成,提高植物的扦插成活率,促進生氣不旺之植物開根及開花,並增進著果率及防止採前落果,其可提供農業或園藝植物施肥之應用。1‧‧‧肥料組成物11‧‧‧萘乙酸12‧‧‧水13‧‧‧滑石粉14‧‧‧磷
