PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a large quantity of portable body warmers at low costs by connecting the heat radiation plate of a metal plate to a case in a watertight manner while a case is made of plastic and by simplifying assembly of a heater.SOLUTION: A portable body warmer incorporates a battery 1 and a heater 3 in the case 2 made of the plastic and fixes a heat radiation plate 4 made of metal on the surface of the case 2. In the case 2, a water proof plate 5 stacked inside the heat radiation plate 4 includes a through-hole 8 to expose the heater 3 outside. In the case 2, a circuit board 7 configured by connecting the heater 3 to it is disposed inside the water proof plates 5, the heater 3 is guided to the through-hole 8 and is thermally connected to the inside of the heat radiation plate 4. Moreover, the heat radiation plate 4 includes a connection piece 24 penetrating the water proof plate 5 in a watertight structure and the heat radiation plate 4 is connected to the case 2 via the connection piece 24.
