PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic suitable for an aqueous cleansing cosmetic cosmetic.SOLUTION: An aqueous cleansing cosmetic contains hydroxycarboxylic acid ester and polyhydric alcohol, and substantially does not contain a surfactant and ethanol. The aqueous cleansing cosmetic of the invention can suppress itching or stickiness to the skin.
