A tablet which contains (1) 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide, a salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof and (2) silicon dioxide, wherein the content of the 5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide, salt, or hydrate is high.
