PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine sorting device in which a storing part for sorting and storing medicine is made compact.SOLUTION: A medicine supplying apparatus 1 includes a recognizing part 300 and a storing part 500. A storing area is defined at the time of storing medicine, in accordance with a size of the medicine contained in characteristics of the medicine recognized by the recognizing part 300. The medicine is stored in the storing part 500 in a state that identification information of the medicine is associated with the storing area. Further, the medicine supplying apparatus 1 has a determination processing part which can determine whether or not the medicine is a target to be treated, on the basis of the characteristics of the medicine recognized by the recognizing part 300.
