PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate emphasis image from a moving image by motion sharpening.SOLUTION: An up-to-date frame image f of an N frame image that is stored in a memory and is photographed in time sequence for forming a moving image is set as a bias image. A first temporal-axis average image fav1 is calculated from the N frame image stored in the memory. The deviation of the bias image f from the first temporal-axis average image fav1 is calculated, and the deviation is set as a differential image fde1.
