PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out both visual observation and oxygen saturation degree measurement in a surface state of a skin, using a skin magnified image photographing device.SOLUTION: This method obtains an internal reflected light image of the skin of a subject, extracts a hemoglobin component image from the internal reflected light image by independent component analysis, calculates a standard deviation or an average value in each pixel of the hemoglobin component image, and evaluates the oxygen saturation degree of the skin, using the standard deviation or the average value. Alternatively, the method obtains preliminarily a relational expression between the standard deviation or the average value in each pixel of the hemoglobin component image, and the oxygen saturation degree measured by a spectrophotometry, based on measurement of the plurality of skins, and measures the oxygen saturation degree of an optional skin, based on the hemoglobin component image of the skin.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】肌拡大画像撮影装置を用いて、肌の表面状態の視覚的観察と肌の酸素飽和度の計測の双方を行えるようにする。【解決手段】被験者の肌の内部反射光画像を取得し、該内部反射光画像から独立成分分析によりヘモグロビン成分画像を抽出し、該ヘモグロビン成分画像のピクセル毎の濃度の標準偏差又は平均値を算出し、該標準偏差又は平均値を用いて肌の酸素飽和度を評価する。あるいは複数の肌の計測から、予め、ヘモグロビン成分画像のピクセル毎の濃度の標準偏差又は平均値と、分光測定法で計測される酸素飽和度との関係式を取得しておき、任意の肌のヘモグロビン成分画像からその肌の酸素飽和度を計測する。【選択図】図1
