PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff for sphygmomanometers capable of preventing circumferential rotation when wearing and being easily worn at an accurate position.SOLUTION: A cuff 10 includes: an outer bag member 50 formed into a belt-like shape and a bag-like shape an air bag 52 that is stored in the outer bag member 50 and inflates and deflates by supply and discharge of fluid a bent-shaped flexible plate 54 that is stored in the outer member 50 along with the air bag 52 a hook-and-loop fastener 66 provided at an outer peripheral face of the outer bag member 50 and an inner cloth 60 engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener. A pressing part 68 for pressing the inner peripheral surface of the outer member 50 that is wound around a round or more is provided at a base end part of the outer peripheral surface of the outer member 50. The hook-and-loop fastener 66 is deflectedly disposed toward the tip end side of the pressing part 68.
