PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural work machine capable of improving durability. SOLUTION: A farm work machine 1 is connected to a three-point link 10 at the rear of a tractor 2 and carries out farm work based on power from a PTO 7. The farm work machine 1 includes a control unit 71 that communicates with the tractor control unit 8 of the tractor 2. Upon receiving the cylinder actuation signal from the tractor control unit 8, the control unit 71 determines whether or not the PTO 7 is stopped, and if it is not stopped, the PTO stop signal is transmitted to the tractor control unit 8.
