According to the present invention, the fitness ware comprises: a plurality of fiber electrode units attached to an inner side of the fitness ware a control module mounted on one side of the fitness ware, measuring electrocardiogram and electromyogram by supplying power to the fiber electrode units, and providing measurement values to an external device and a conductive fiber material electrically connecting the fiber electrode units and the control module. Therefore, the fitness ware can provide a change in the electrocardiogram and/or a change in the electromyogram of a wearer during an exercise to the external device.
