Inner surface of the diaphyseal part is represented by a porous structure. On the smooth outer surface of the mentioned diaphyseal part there are stoppers for cerclage. Diaphysis unit has diverging holes for fixing screws. Helical part of the trough-shaped form is formed by a porous structure and frame and has a connecting bridge on the bottom. Frame includes longitudinal, transverse and edging branches. Porous structure contains at least one channel for filing abductor thigh muscles, located transversely to the longitudinal axis of the device.
