The present invention relates to a device for cleaning and sterilizing teeth capable of cleaning the teeth with a cleaning agent and removing anaerobia on the surface of the teeth with oxygen gas. The device for cleaning and sterilizing the teeth comprises: a tooth mounting unit which is held by a mouth of a user a supplying unit which supplies a cleaning solution and the oxygen gas to the tooth mounting unit and a blocking unit which is formed in the tooth mounting unit, adheres to gums of the user when the user wears the tooth mounting unit, and blocks leakage of the cleaning solution and the oxygen gas supplied to the tooth mounting unit from the mouth. The tooth mounting unit includes an upper body and a lower body and a supply connecting unit. Inlet grooves opened respectively to upper and lower parts are formed on the upper body and the lower body to enable teeth of an upper jaw and a lower jaw to be inserted.
