PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powder cosmetic of good touch feeling in use.SOLUTION: The method comprises the step of preparing slurry by mixing together a powder component and an oily component as binder in a volatile solvent and the step of evaporating the slurry to dryness to obtain dry powder, from which the objective cosmetic is obtained.
