The present invention provides a skin permeation-promoting composition which can dramatically improve the skin permeability of a drug without involving destruction of skin tissue without the need to form a drug into a particle structure or the like. In addition, a transdermal preparation and a patch preparation containing the skin permeation-promoting composition are provided.
