According to embodiments of the present invention, a sleep disturbance detection system includes: a bottom-attached remote sensor unit which includes at least one sensor module inside an outer cover and of which the soft outer cover is attached to the top of the bottoms of a user and a data collection unit which receives detection data generated in the sensor module from the bottom-attached remote sensor unit.
