The present invention relates to an infusion solution monitoring apparatus which is mounted on a drip container to sense a delivery situation of an infusion solution. According to the present invention, the infusion solution monitoring apparatus comprises: a main body installed to enclose a drip container； an optical sensor which is installed on the main body, and senses an infusion solution dropping to the drip container； and an information processing unit to receive sensing information of the optical sensor, and analyze a delivery speed of the infusion solution and residual amount information of the infusion solution. The main body includes an internal space to enclose the drip container, and a cutting line formed on one side thereof and vertically extended to communicate with the internal space. The width of the cutting line is formed to allow a tube in which the infusion solution moves to be inserted through the cutting line.
