The present invention relates to a buoy which is a tool used to float a water facility, such as a facility or a pontoon required for cultivating various types of fishery products, on water by using buoyancy. More specifically, the present invention relates to a buoy having a fixing part, which has a surface coated to prevent damage and contamination caused by the damage, and firmly fixes and holds a water facility, such as a facility or a pontoon required for cultivating various types of fishery products. According to the present invention, damage to a conventional Styrofoam buoy can be prevented, and at the same time marine environmental pollution caused by generation of fine plastics due to damage can be prevented.
