The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing and fixing a buoy, which is a tool used to float a facility required for cultivating various types of marine products or an aquatic facility, such as a floating bridge or the like, on water by using buoyancy. More specifically, the buoy has a fixing part which has a surface coated to prevent damage and contamination caused thereby, and which firmly fixes and holds a facility required for cultivating various types of marine products or an aquatic facility, such as a floating bridge or the like. According to the present invention, damage to a conventional Styrofoam buoy can be prevented, and at the same time marine environmental pollution caused by generation of fine plastics due to damage can be prevented. Moreover, the present invention can easily and firmly fix a facility required for cultivating various types of marine products or an aquatic facility, such as a floating bridge or the like, through a fixing part formed on a buoy, and thus it is possible to prevent separation or loss of the facility or the floating bridge.본 발명은, 부력을 이용하여 각종 수산물 양식에 필요한 시설이나 부교 등의 수상 시설을 물 위에 띄우기 위해 사용하는 도구인 부표의 제조방법 및 그 고정방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 그 표면이 코팅되어 파손 및 이로 인한 오염을 방지하고 각종 수산물 양식에 필요한 시설이나 부교 등의 수상 시설을 단단하게 고정하여 거치할 수 있는 고정부를 구비한 부표의 제조방법 및 고정방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 에 의하면, 종래 스티로폼 부표의 손상을 방지함과 동시에 손상에 따른 미세플라스틱의 발생으로 인한 해양 환경오염을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 부표에 형성된 고정부를 통해 각종 수산물 양식에 필요한 시설이나 부교 등의 수상 시설을 용이하고 단단하게 고정할 수 있어 시설이나 부교의 이탈이나 분실을 방지할 수 있다.
