The present invention relates to a composition containing pogostemon cablin and aromatic plant ingredients, wherein the aromatic plant ingredients contain cymbopogon citratus, stevia and peppermint and, the weight percentage of pogostemon cablin is about 30 to 97% of the composition. The present invention also relates to a beverage material containing said composition.
