PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine having a lightweight treatment mechanism.SOLUTION: In a massage machine including a treatment mechanism built-in a backrest vertically movably in the vertical direction of the backrest, for executing treatment by moving a treating element to a person to be treated, the treatment mechanism has a base part supported vertically movably by a guide frame inside the backrest.
